NMDC Energy is seeking an experienced offshore project professional based in KSA to lead offshore scope execution, coordinate with PEM, VPOO/OOD, PMT and client representatives, and manage deliverables and approvals. Responsibilities

• Prepare list of construction aids and finalize AFC drawings with PEM after comments.
• Identify marine spread requirements and finalize with VPOO/OOD.
• Coordinate with survey section and advise survey requirements.
• Define scope of work for pipe coating and track progress with PMT fabrication engineer.
• Review engineering docs from construct-ability perspective and relay comments.
• Follow up with PEM on deliverables and client reviews/approvals.
• Prepare detailed scope and schedules for offshore subcontracted works.
• Coordinate with subcontracts for technical & un-priced evaluations and clarifications.
• Issue Purchase Requisitions for offshore material in coordination with SPM.
• Initiate correspondence with client related to offshore scope.
• Identify offshore project risks and opportunities with planning and cost manager.
• Coordinate with all departments for offshore-related scope.
• Serve as focal point for offshore project communications.
• Attend/sponsor meetings to discuss installation procedure philosophy.
• Review procedures, anchor patterns, installation drawings and ensure timely submission.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of offshore personnel for timely material delivery and approvals.
• Coordinate with client representatives during project execution.
• Provide input for weekly/monthly client reports and attend review meetings.
• Analyze major changes in offshore execution plans as they occur.
• Liaise with third-party agencies on offshore execution issues.
• Coordinate with marine warranty surveyors on marine/construction issues.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and raise areas of concern.
• Conduct regular meetings with PMT and Project Director; update on offshore works.
• Ensure implementation of the project safety plan and HSEMS.
• Ensure quality and capture lessons learned for project improvements.
• Provide input to exception reports related to offshore scope.
• Participate in project quality audits and closeout inadequacies.
• Initiate variation orders/claims for offshore work.
• Review subcontractor invoices and certify for PD approval.
• Authorized to approve store SDIVs, MRVs, service requisitions and offshore invoices.
• Assume Deputy SPM capacity on high offshore weight projects (>40%).
