Job summary

NMDC Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks an Offshore Construction Engineer to lead marine construction activities, coordinating offshore and onshore resources to meet project scope, schedule, and budget while upholding HSE standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor in engineering, 8+ years in offshore oil & gas construction, strong English, and proven leadership and contract awareness. Based in KSA or willing to relocate; priority to those with Aramco project experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Naval preferred).
Minimum 8 years offshore construction experience.
Strong English communication skills.
Good commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate offshore resources on projects to meet contractual requirements.
Plan, coordinate and monitor onshore and offshore activities to project completion.
Review mobilization plans for vessels, equipment, crew, and subcontractors.
Review and approve installation procedures to cover project scope.
Provide feedback to method engineers as required during reviews.
Track barge/vessel progress daily and address any delays or material shortages.
Coordinate project activities among departments and sub-contractors.
Guide Operation Engineers and assist senior colleagues as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, integrity, and HSE standards.
