Job summary

NMDC Energy seeks an experienced offshore project lead for our Saudi Arabian operations. You will act as Deputy SPM on high-weight offshore projects, coordinating with PEM, PMT, and client teams to ensure timely delivery, safety, and quality.

Required 12+ years in offshore ops, strong commercial and contractual acumen, and excellent English communication. You will oversee scope, interfaces, and risk, while driving cost-effective offshore execution.

Qualifications

• 12 years’ offshore operations experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent negotiation and decision making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare load register and AFC drawings coordination with PEM.
• Coordinate marine spread requirements with VPOO/OOD and survey.
• Supervise offshore installation procedures and review installation drawings.
• Lead meetings with LME, OOD, PEM, NBM and client reps to discuss installation philosophy.
• Review subcontractor invoices and approve payments under PD authority.
