Job summary

NMDC Energy in KSA seeks an experienced Offshore Construction Lead with a background in Mechanical, Civil, or Naval engineering to oversee offshore execution across multiple projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, compliant, and timely results.

The role requires at least 10 years in offshore oil and gas, strong commercial awareness, and excellent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Naval) or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Offshore Construction in Oil & Gas Industry.
Good commercial, financial and contractual awareness.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Committed team player/ leader.
Thorough understanding of offshore operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate offshore construction activities and monitor progress across projects.
Assist and lead construction engineers on assigned tasks and report to Offshore Construction Manager.
Prepare offshore execution plans, schedules, and interfacing documents.
Review engineering documents from a constructability perspective and coordinate with subcontractors.
Monitor procurement, mobilization, and installation activities and ensure safety compliance.
Attend progress meetings and client reviews; contribute to risk mitigation and change management.
Support close-out activities including documentation and lessons learned.
