Job summary

ACTION International Services LLC in Jeddah is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Rental Management (RM) System, assist in daily planning, and coordinate projects. You will work with multiple teams to maintain resource databases, run reports, and help ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, 1–2 years in project coordination, and proficiency with ERP or fleet management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field; knowledge in fleet or operations management is a plus.
• ERP or fleet management systems experience is advantageous.
• 1–2 years in project coordination or related role preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management/ERP platforms and basic data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare clear reports.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily planning, allocation, and management of equipment and materials across projects.
• Maintain RM system databases for equipment and resources.
• Support development of dashboards and analytical reports for tracking.
• Coordinate with departments to align resource use with project objectives.
• Operate ERP system to process internal requests and support timely delivery.
• Prepare routine reports on project profitability and invoice summaries.
• Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders.
• Assist in team training and development.
• Collaborate in problem-solving, escalation, and risk management.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the line manager.
