Job summary

Revie interior design and fit-out specialists in Riyadh seek a proactive Junior Operations Associate to support planning, administration and daily coordination of projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

You will maintain schedules, track action items, liaise with suppliers and teams, prepare meeting minutes and progress updates, and organize documents with strong attention to detail. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; driving license and iqama are needed.

Qualifications

• Background in administration or project coordination.
• Experience in administrative or project support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fast learner with new processes and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Reliable follow-up and attention to detail.
• Owns a car and valid Saudi driving license; Iqama required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project to-do lists, trackers and schedules with clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and teams on deliverables, material availability, and dates.
• Assist Project Manager with planning, meetings and daily coordination.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
• Organize project files, correspondence, reports and documents.
• Provide regular progress updates highlighting completed tasks and delays.
• Communicate priorities and updates across all teams.
• Escalate urgent matters and support resolution.
• Be available for urgent coordination outside regular hours per standby schedule.
