Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH in Riyadh seeks an experienced Project Coordinator/Contract Manager to oversee technical and contractual activities across EPC and PM teams. You will support planning, monitoring, and negotiations while maintaining risk-aware project documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and a track record in engineering/construction project coordination. PMP is preferred; strong Excel and PM tools proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, administering, and negotiating contracts and SLAs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and contract administration principles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and project tracking.
• PMI PMP or related certification preferred.
• Experience managing project and contract risks, delays, changes, claims.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and contractual activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Support contract negotiations with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Identify and monitor contractual and project risks including scope changes, delays, claims, and resource constraints.
• Maintain contract registers, project trackers, action logs, and related documentation.
• Prepare project reports, contractual summaries, presentations and management updates.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables and key milestones.
• Support change management, variation orders and contract amendments.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
• Provide technical and commercial support to the PMO management.
