Job summary

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's in IT or CS, strong communication, and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply; English fluency is essential with Arabic an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for basic hardware and software issues.
• Assist with installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support onboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, email, and network connectivity.
• Log and track IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing setups.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
• Follow IT policies, cybersecurity guidelines, and best practices.
