Job summary

World Bank Group in Riyadh is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst to provide dedicated onsite IT support at the Riyadh Hub Office. You will be the primary contact for technology issues affecting staff and collaborate with regional IT teams and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution.

The role emphasizes end‑user support, asset management, network basics, IT security, and service management aligned with ITIL, SLAs, and continuous improvement in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate or institutional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and queries for Riyadh Hub Office staff.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals; configure workstations and user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, basic network devices, and server room equipment under guidance.
• Maintain IT asset register, coordinate procurement, manage software licenses, and ensure lifecycle management.
• Enforce endpoint security standards and ensure compliance with data protection policies and Saudi regulations.
• Log, track, and manage incidents through ITSM platform, escalate when needed, and maintain documentation and SOPs.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
