Job summary

The World Bank Group in Riyadh is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst to provide dedicated onsite IT support for staff and visitors. You will work with the regional IT team and global helpdesk to ensure timely incident resolution and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities include end-user support, asset management, security compliance, and device configuration. A strong background in Microsoft 365, ITSM tools, and network basics is required, with Arabic and English language

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive IT support or onsite service delivery experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365 support including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy).
Familiarity with Windows 11, iOS/macOS devices, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
Knowledge of asset management, security practices, and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite end-user technical support at Riyadh Hub Office.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across devices and peripherals.
Configure workstations, accounts, and access credentials per onboarding procedures.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, licensing, and software compliance.
Support VPN and remote access, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and participate in IT projects and changes.
