Job summary

Jobtailor in Jeddah is seeking a skilled chef to prepare and cook Japanese and Korean dishes to a consistently high standard. You will help develop new menu items and ensure smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must have proven experience with Japanese and Korean cuisine, a strong grasp of food safety and hygiene, and be prepared to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, including a one-day skills test in Jeddah, Mecca, Taif, or Medina.

Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing Japanese and Korean cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Must be available in Jeddah/ Mecca / Taif / Madinah for a mandatory 1-day practical skills test.
