The successful candidate will be expected to perform all kitchen duties, including preparing dishes with fresh ingredients in accordance with recipes provided by management, overseeing the hygiene of all kitchen areas and equipment, and ensuring that stock is ordered and stored correctly. The successful applicant should be able to work well as part of a team but also independently when required.

The salary for this position is 1000 per month plus benefits such as meals on duty, flexible working hours, holiday pay and overtime pay where applicable.

In order to apply for this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment as well as a good understanding of food safety regulations and health & safety practices in the workplace. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. Previous experience of international cuisines would be advantageous but not essential.
