Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, at least 5 years in IT Help Desk or Technical Support, and proven skills in AD, backups, patch management, and security practices. Applicants should be able to train users and contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT Help Desk/Technical Support role.
• Experience with system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
• Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support records.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Assist with implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
• Train users on IT systems, software, and security awareness.
