Dautom is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Saudi Arabia through IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment solutions. The role targets new enterprise and government clients, building long-term relationships with CIOs and HR leaders to drive revenue.

You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through proposal to contract closure, while promoting a comprehensive range of staffing and workforce solutions. Saudi market expertise is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Identify and acquire new clients across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, Procurement, and Technology decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations to contract closure.
• Promote IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and workforce solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh/KSA.
• Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
