Job summary

The apprenticeship aims to develop core security competencies aligned with the Group's strategy. Participants will learn to define security roadmaps, support policy implementation, and collaborate with executives to strengthen governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement IT Security strategy within the assigned scope.
• Lead development and execution of security strategies for areas of responsibility.
• Provide specialist advice to leadership on policy and project design.
• Manage area budgets and align with organizational strategy.
• Develop and enforce security policies and guidelines.
• Foster relationships with senior executives to support business strategy.
• Develop annual business plans with budgets and headcount.
• Communicate security strategy and motivate the team to achieve goals.
