Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an IT Support Co‑op to join the IT Operations team in Riyadh. You will be the first line of support for employees, resolve basic issues, and assist with hardware setup for new hires and refreshes.

Training will cover enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, O365, Zscaler VPN, and Workspace ONE, along with AV and mobile device management. A collaborative, learning‑friendly environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Interest in building foundational IT troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn cybersecurity practices and share simple best practices.
• Keen to work with enterprise IT tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to employees, diagnosing basic hardware and software issues.
• Prepare hardware, image laptops, and assist with new-hire setups.
• Log and update IT tickets and communicate status to users.
• Maintain meeting room AV and VC setups for collaboration spaces.
• Assist with mobile device enrollment and management.
• Help update internal IT knowledge base articles and guides.
