Detailed Job Description:

As an IT Manager at Foreground in Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of enterprise IT infrastructure operations, technical team governance, IT service delivery, and strategic technology project execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID, overseeing virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services, leading major incident management and disaster recovery preparedness, and maintaining rigorous security controls. You will manage IT budgets, commercial contracts, vendor relationships, enterprise software licensing, and technology projects while driving high standards of leadership and stakeholder management. Working in a fast-paced corporate technology environment, you will deliver operational excellence and align IT strategy with enterprise business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end enterprise IT infrastructure, technical support teams, and operational workflows across regional facilities.
• Oversee core Microsoft enterprise environments including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer enterprise virtualization clusters, SAN/NAS storage arrays, backup solutions, networking components, and cloud services.
• Direct IT service delivery frameworks, major incident management protocols, disaster recovery drills, and security control baselines.
• Manage comprehensive IT budgets, vendor contracts, software licensing agreements, hardware procurement, and technology projects.
• Provide strong executive leadership, mentorship, and performance management for internal IT engineering and support squads.
• Engage proactively with cross-functional stakeholders, business unit leaders, and external partners to align technology initiatives.
• Establish and enforce rigorous IT governance standards, standard operating procedures, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Track continuous system performance metrics, network uptime, helpdesk resolution rates, and infrastructure capacity planning.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture blueprints, IT asset registers, and compliance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, and technical team leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Proven practical experience managing enterprise virtualization platforms, storage arrays, backup solutions, and networking infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in IT service delivery, major incident management, disaster recovery planning, and security control implementation.
• Demonstrated financial acumen managing IT budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, licensing, and technology projects.
