As an IT Manager at Forces Plus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of planning, managing, and optimizing the company’s comprehensive IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, and data security operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass supervising the IT team to ensure seamless daily operations, conducting regular system audits, troubleshooting complex technical faults, and deploying new enterprise applications, software updates, and system enhancements. You will develop and implement corporate IT policies, procedures, and security best practices, manage employee IT onboarding and user access control, and lead multi-departmental IT projects and migrations. Working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, you will configure network firewalls, deliver internal IT training, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation and operational reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
