Job summary

Al Rashed seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead in Riyadh‑Al Aziziyah to manage servers, networks, and optimization projects. You will oversee enterprise networks, VPNs, firewall configurations, and backup operations while coordinating with external vendors and ensuring system reliability.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, strong English communication, and readiness for on-site work in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure management and systems administration.
• Hands-on operational experience with enterprise networks, physical/virtual servers, VPNs, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Strong command of English communication (written and verbal) and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Preferred certifications (CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, server farms, and core networking environments.
• Supervise enterprise networks, physical/virtual servers, and mission-critical operating systems.
• Implement and monitor infrastructure upgrade, expansion, and modernization projects.
• Coordinate technical engagements with external vendors, contractors, and telecommunications service providers.
• Support information security policies, access controls, and backup operations.
• Drive proactive system improvements to maximize uptime and system stability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, VPN tunnels, and firewall configurations.
• Maintain technical documentation, network topologies, and runbooks.
