Job summary

Pairs, a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels, is hiring an Investment Banking Associate to bring investors into opportunities and to run each investor process with banker’s discipline. This role sits on the investor side, managing the investor list, first approach, follow-up, meetings and next steps.

You will open new investor relationships monthly and ensure alignment with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading live capital raises or M&A outreach.
• Proven track record maintaining investor relationships.
• Ability to identify investor requirements and secure meetings.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in communications.
• Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own investor processes from first outreach to final commitment.
• Manage and grow an investor network including family offices and funds.
• Match opportunities to investor preferences.
• Engage with investors between opportunities to stay relevant.
