Dnaneer Financing is seeking an Investor Acquisition Associate in Riyadh to actively source, engage, and convert new investors onto the crowdlending platform. You will build a robust pipeline across retail, HNWI, and institutional segments, manage outreach and meetings, and support onboarding while maintaining strong investor relationships.

The role emphasizes front-line growth, collaboration with sales and marketing, and achieving KPIs such as new investor numbers and total capital raised.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in investor acquisition or related field.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Ambitious and target-driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of finance/investments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and contact potential investors across retail, HNWI, and institutions.
• Coordinate outreach and meetings with prospects to pitch opportunities.
• Support onboarding procedures (KYC / account setup) and follow up to close commitments.
• Build and maintain relationships to convert leads into active investors on the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales/Commercial and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and investor engagement.

About the Role

The Investor Acquisition Associate is responsible for actively sourcing, engaging, and converting new investors into Dnaneer’s crowdlending platform. This is a front-line growth role focused on building investor pipelines and driving capital inflow across retail, HNWI, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Sourcing (Core Role)

• Identify and reach out to potential investors:
• Retail investors (mass affluent)
• High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
• Family offices
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

2. Outreach & Business Development

• WhatsApp outreach
• Set up meetings with potential investors
• Pitch Dnaneer’s investment opportunities clearly and confidently

3. Investor Conversion

• Convert leads into active investors on the platform
• Support onboarding process (KYC / account setup)
• Follow up consistently to close commitments

4. Relationship Building

• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects until conversion
• Build trust and credibility with investors
• Act as the first impression of Dnaneer

5. Collaboration with Team

• Work closely with:
  • Sales / Commercial team
  • Marketing team (lead generation campaigns)
• Share feedback on investor behavior and objections

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

• Number of new investors acquired
• Total capital raised (SAR)
• Number of meetings booked
• Pipeline size & activity level
