The Operations Officer will execute and monitor day-to-day crowdlending operations across the full financing lifecycle, coordinating with Credit, Business Development, Finance, Compliance, Technology and Customer Support. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years in fintech or lending operations.
• Experience in debt-based crowdfunding or SME financing preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor crowdlending operations across the full financing lifecycle.
• Publish financing campaigns and monitor funding progress within deadlines.
• Process investor subscriptions, verify allocations and issue confirmations.
• Manage repayments, distributions, reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Maintain records, audits, and regulatory compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
