Job summary

Ruya Recruitment is supporting a leading organization in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Investor Relations Manager. This senior leadership role requires building strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will coordinate quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, market announcements, and the annual report, and will work closely with senior leadership to tell the growth story and communicate

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience, 5+ years in Investor Relations.
• Knowledge of Saudi capital markets (Tadawul/CMA) preferred; regional experience welcome.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, portfolio managers, investment banks, and research firms
• Coordinating quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, market announcements, and regulatory submissions
• Leading the coordination and preparation of the company's Annual Report
• Identifying and participating in regional and international investor conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings
• Working closely with senior leadership to communicate the company's performance, strategy, and growth story effectively to the investment community

Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of total professional experience, 5+ years of Investor Relations experience
• Knowledge of the Saudi capital markets, Tadawul, and CMA environment is highly preferred; relevant wider regional market experience can also be considered
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
