Job summary

Capital Hill in Riyadh is seeking an Investment Analyst to play a central role in deal evaluation, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting as the firm scales its fund-management capability.

You will build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR), prepare investment memos and presentations, lead market research and due diligence, track performance, and support CMA licensing and fund-structure setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, or similar.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations and Saudi fund structures is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable presenting in PowerPoint.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CME-1 (or equivalent) are a plus.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.

As we build out this capability, we're looking for an Investment Analyst to play a central role in deal evaluation, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting with the opportunity to help shape the firm's fund management function from the ground up.

What we're looking for:
