Job summary

Al Salama Hospital is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to oversee servers, networks and related systems. You will ensure secure, reliable, available infrastructure and support business continuity in line with MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards.

Responsibilities include managing servers and network performance, enforcing security controls, leading vulnerability management and patching, maintaining backup and DR plans, managing vendors and ICT assets, and mentoring the infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent; Master's or certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, network management and systems administration, including 3+ years in a supervisory role; healthcare exposure with CBAHI/JCI/MOH is a plus.

About the Role

Join Al Salama Hospital's ICT team to oversee and maintain our ICT infrastructure, servers and network systems. You will keep them secure, reliable and available, and support business continuity in line with MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent (Master's or certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or CISSP are a plus).
• Experience: 7+ years in IT infrastructure, network management and systems administration, including 3+ years in a supervisory role (healthcare experience with CBAHI/JCI/MOH exposure is a plus).
