The candidate should have 7-10 years in IT management, a Bachelor's in IT/CS, and fluency in English and/or Arabic. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, vendor management, security governance, and continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant IT management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and/or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Align IT strategy with business goals to improve performance.
• Lead and coach the IT team with performance management.
• Ensure reliability and performance of all IT systems and apps.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and data security standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts.
• Prepare for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Administer IT systems including Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Azure.
• Conduct internal and external IT audits for compliance.
