Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• 5–7 years in IT systems administration, preferably in healthcare.
• IT certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments for optimal performance.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, domain services and access controls.
• Oversee server, storage, virtualization, backup, and DR planning.
• Ensure security controls, patch management, and hardening per regulatory frameworks.
• Audit access, maintain documentation, and provide timely incident response.
• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects and drive continuous improvement.
