Job summary

Al Salama Hospital’s ICT team is seeking a senior Infrastructure Lead to oversee servers, networks and overall ICT health. You will ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards and lead a capable team to maintain business continuity.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or IT, with 7+ years in IT infrastructure and 3+ years in supervision; certifications such as CCNP, MCSE or CISSP are a plus. This role is based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or IT required.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure with network and systems admin experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role, healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or CISSP are advantageous.

About the Role

• Enforce security controls and lead vulnerability management and patching.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage vendors, contracts and the ICT asset lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent (Master’s or certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or CISSP are a plus).
• Experience: 7+ years in IT infrastructure, network management and systems administration, including 3+ years in a supervisory role (healthcare experience with CBAHI/JCI/MOH exposure is a plus).
