Job summary

Al Salama Hospital ICT team seeks a BI/Data Analyst to build and maintain reporting solutions turning hospital data into actionable insights for clinical, admin and leadership teams.

You will work on Power BI, SSRS/SSIS, ETL and Power Automate, collaborating to ensure data governance and support EHR integrations while training end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification is a plus).
• 1–3 years developing BI solutions with hands-on experience in Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, ETL and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and turn them into reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS).
• Develop, manage and monitor SSIS projects and ETL processes.
• Support system and device integrations with the EHR, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Ensure data security, governance and compliance with best practices.
• Train end users and guide the BI and Data Analyst.
