EliteHosts in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Indian Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead a team, and craft authentic dishes. You will manage menu planning, food safety, and coordination with other departments for events.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in Indian cuisine, deep knowledge of spices and techniques, strong English communication, and excellent time management in a fast-paced environment. Visa/work permits are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus featuring traditional Indian dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and taste.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan events or menus.
• Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep the menu fresh.
