EliteHosts in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Indian Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead a team, and craft authentic dishes. You will manage menu planning, food safety, and coordination with other departments for events.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in Indian cuisine, deep knowledge of spices and techniques, strong English communication, and excellent time management in a fast-paced environment. Visa/work permits are required.

Qualifications

As an Indian Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations at our restaurant in Mecca Saudi Arabia You will use your expertise in Indian cuisine to create delicious and authentic dishes while also managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff

• Plan and create menus featuring traditional Indian dishes
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and taste
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menus
• Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices cooking techniques and flavor profiles
• Ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively
• Strong communication skills English proficiency is preferred
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Must be able to obtain necessary visaswork permits for employment in Saudi Arabia

Salary

Salary 1300$ per month negotiable based on experience
