Qualifications

Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.

Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department with high-level service.

Delivers on departmental plans and targets; supports hotel initiatives.
Collaborates with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory; maintains productivity.
