Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring for an In-Room Dining order taker at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel & Residences. The role involves taking and placing IRD orders, coordinating服务 requirements, and advising guests on menu items and beverage options.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment with a detailed knowledge of F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
