Lucid Motors is seeking an Assistant Manager – Logistics Operations in Saudi Arabia to oversee end-to-end in-plant logistics, warehouse and dock operations, and ensure timely delivery of parts to production lines. The role drives cost efficiency, safety, and compliance while leading a high-performing logistics team.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, experience in Lean/Six Sigma transformations, and strong communication across procurement, production, planning, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 7–10 years in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• 2–3 years in automotive logistics operations or supervisory role.
• Experience leading large teams and complex distribution networks.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop strategies to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics planning and execution.
• Manage 3PL relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and digital tools to improve visibility and decision making.
