Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a hands-on Shift Maintenance Leader for Powertrain operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate planned/reactive work, and ensure safety via LOTO and electrical controls while supporting launch and ramp‑up activities.

You will translate production plans into actionable maintenance tasks, manage PM schedules, parts readiness and handover procedures, and drive reliability improvements across Drive Unit and Battery operations.

Qualifications

4+ years industrial maintenance experience with coordinating technicians or shift work
Hands-on with automated manufacturing equipment and safe troubleshooting
Fluent Arabic and working-level English; ability to communicate technical status
Electrical, high-voltage, LOTO and permit‑to‑work qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on maintenance team and frontline leadership for technicians
Translate production plan and CMMS backlog into a prioritized shift maintenance plan
Lead safety interventions per LOTO, electrical controls and safety checks
Maintain disciplined work-order control, PM/CMMS backlog and reliability data
Coordinate planned interventions, spare-parts readiness and post-maintenance validation
Drive continuous improvement through QRQC, RCA and Kaizen processes
