Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager to drive development, industrialization, validation, optimization and sustainment of powertrain manufacturing processes. You will lead process capability, production readiness, and cross-functional problem solving, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and TPM.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in automated manufacturing, 5+ years in senior leadership, and strong CMMS experience. English fluency is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in advanced automated manufacturing; 5+ years in senior maintenance/reliability/engineering leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership of Maintenance, Automation, and Reliability functions in an EV or high-automation OEM/Tier-1.
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop process strategies and manufacturing standards across AMP-2 Powertrain.
• Lead line balancing, process optimization and industrialization.
• Own PFMEA, control plans, process capability and validation.
• Drive OEE, cycle time reduction, and waste elimination.
• Support Safe Launch, run-at-rate, and capacity verification.
• Own maintenance, reliability, and Industry 4.0 deployment across scope.
