Job summary

Areeb in Riyadh is seeking a motivated Legal Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal support, review contracts and other documents, and help ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

You will work on day-to-day matters, conduct legal research, and offer clear opinions. Fluent English is required, and familiarity with Labor, Commercial, Civil, and related Saudi laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor, Commercial, Civil, and other Saudi laws.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice, assist in reviewing contracts and legal documents, and support the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear legal opinions when required.
• Support the company in matters related to Saudi Labor, Commercial, Civil, and other applicable laws and regulations .
• Assist in identifying and assessing legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of the major laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , particularly:
  • Labor Law
  • Commercial Law
  • Civil Law
  • Other relevant Saudi laws and regulations
• Strong ability to review, analyze, and understand contracts .
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken .
