EY in Riyadh seeks an HR Enablement Coordinator to support administrative HR functions across Enablement, Immigration and Exit activities. You will help ensure consistent service delivery, maintain trackers, and advise employees while coordinating cross-functional teams in the MENA region.

The role emphasizes knowledge of EY HR policies, local laws, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and cross-border coordination.

Formación

• 1 year experience in HR operations within a professional services firm or a complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• Familiar with country immigration and labour laws.
• Experience in working within MENA region and cross-border contexts.
• Experience with local labor laws including immigration process and requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to understand system functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management support across HR Enablement to enable deployment across MENA.
• Understand and have knowledge of key talent processes; manage trackers with attention to detail.
• Provide advice to employees and counsellors and coordinate team calls and training.
• Oversee exit coordination, ensuring smooth transitions for departures in KSA and within MENA.
• Maintain knowledge of HR practices and collaborate with Shared Services and HR Enablement teams.
