EY is seeking an HR Enablement Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to provide administrative support across onboarding, immigration, and project management within the Talent Services function. You will collaborate with the HR Enablement team to ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient delivery of services in the MENA region.

The role requires familiarity with local labour laws, strong English communication, and experience supporting HR processes.

Qualifications

1 year experience in HR operations within a professional services firm or complex organization
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Experience with HR systems and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilités

Coordinate HR Enablement projects across regions including onboarding, exits, and contract management
Support the Central Exit Team and manage employee transitions in KSA
Manage end-to-end Saudi immigration processes and liaise with authorities
Build relationships across the Talent Team and the business to ensure timely, high-quality service
Provide timely feedback and guidance to internal clients and stakeholders
