Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Saudi Arabia seeks an HR Enablement and Immigration Support Specialist to provide administrative support across HR Enablement and Immigration functions within Talent Services. You will collaborate with other Talent teams to ensure a consistent user experience, client satisfaction, timeliness, and high service quality.

The role includes project management assistance, end-to-end immigration processing in KSA, and coordination of onboarding and exit activities, with exposure to

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in HR operations within a professional services firm or complex organization.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
• Familiar with country immigration and labour laws.
• Arabic-speaking national.
• Willing to pursue CIPD qualification in the future.

Responsibilities

• HR Enablement coordination: provide project management support for deployment across MENA.
• Record-keeping, contract management, onboarding, exit processes and HR contact centre tasks.
• Immigration coordination: manage Saudi immigration processes, visas, iqama, and approvals.
• Coordinate team communications, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up and training usage.
• Support central Exit Team and cross-functional collaboration within Talent Services.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding from an immigration perspective.
