Job summary

Air Products is seeking a HYCO Training Specialist for the Jubail facility to lead operations training for Operations & Maintenance staff, ensuring safe, reliable startup and ongoing performance.

You will develop curricula, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, onboard new personnel, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement through the BHIG program; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical process operations, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering; 15+ years HYCO operations experience.
• Certified Training Certificate required; leadership and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience coordinating operations and maintenance training for safe and reliable plant operations.
• Knowledge of local environmental and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curriculum with periodic testing for HYCO staff.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance on training needs and improvements.
• Onboard new Operators and Maintenance personnel and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular SWIM’s audits and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Lead day‑to‑day training activities to support commissioning and startup.
