Job summary

Air Products is seeking a HYCO Training Specialist for the Jubail facility. You will manage the technical training program for Operations & Maintenance, including the HYCO plant and ancillary systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Reporting to the Training Lead, you will develop curricula, coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, onboard new operators, and drive safety culture with the HYCO teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical Process Operations, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a 2-year technical school certificate.
Certified Training Certificate Required.
15+ years HYCO operations experience, with lead or supervisory experience a plus.
Experience in training Operations & Maintenance for safe and reliable HYCO facilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide and maintain a safe work environment; enforce safety practices.
Develop training curriculum with periodic testing for Operations & Maintenance staff.
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance on training needs and updates.
Onboard new Operators and Maintenance personnel and monitor performance.
Lead and document training activities, audits, and investigations as needed.
