Air Products, through its BHIG JV, seeks a HYCO Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training for Jubail HYCO Operations & Maintenance teams. You will design curricula, conduct assessments, and drive safety-focused operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical process operations, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical certificate.
• Certified Training Certificate required.
• Minimum 15+ years HYCO operations with 5+ years in lead or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive HYCO training programs for Operations & Maintenance staff.
• Create and maintain training curricula with periodic testing to track progression and close gaps.
• Lead onboarding and performance monitoring of new Operators and Maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to update training packages and ensure compliance with safety standards.
