Job summary

Talents Sea | تالنتس سي is seeking a QC Civil Engineer to lead quality control for HV/EHV underground cable civil works in Saudi Arabia. You will implement the Project Quality Plan, inspect construction activities, and coordinate with SEC inspectors, consultants, and site teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil QA/QC.
• Experience in HV/EHV Underground Cable projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the approved Project Quality Plan and ITPs for civil works.
• Inspect civil construction activities related to HV/EHV underground cable projects.
• Coordinate IRs with SEC and consultants; ensure proper documentation of inspections and tests.
• Monitor site activities and ensure materials, workmanship, and methods meet requirements.
• Ensure coordination between civil and electrical works to prevent damage to cables.
