Job summary

Energy and Infrastructure Company in Jeddah is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure civil construction works comply with SEC standards, project specifications, and approved quality procedures. You will implement the Quality Plan, inspect switchgear installations, coordinate with SEC, and manage NCRs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and familiarity with ISO 9001 and SEC standards; PMP and AutoCAD are advantageous for performance and documentation excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PMP certificate preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with SEC electrical standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement project Quality Plan and civil ITPs.
• Inspect installation of switch-gear, transformers, cables, and auxiliaries.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with SEC.
• Review electrical method statements and submittals.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage electrical NCRs and quality records.
• Participate in the clients’ inspection and acceptance.
• Check the quality inspection documents provided by clients or third parties are in line with the quality standard and criteria.
• Maintain Electrical QA/QC records and dossiers.
• Identify, record, and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
