Job summary

Energy and Infrastructure Company is seeking a QA/QC Civil Engineer in Jeddah to ensure civil works meet SEC standards, project specs, and quality procedures. You will implement Quality Plans, review method statements, and coordinate inspections with SEC while maintaining detailed QA/QC records.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PMP, AutoCAD, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP Certificate.
• AUTOCAD.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• SEC civil standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement project Quality Plan and civil ITPs.
• Inspect installation of switchgear, transformers, cables, and auxiliaries.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with SEC.
• Review electrical method statements and submittals.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage electrical NCRs and quality records.
• Participate in clients’ inspection and acceptance.
• Check quality documents from clients/third parties align with standards.
• Maintain Electrical QA/QC records and dossiers.
• Identify, record, and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
