Job summary

Amana Group is seeking a motivated HSE Specialist to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across its construction sites in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting projects, preferably in industrial, commercial, data centers, warehouses, or design-build environments, and hold NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting projects.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, data center, warehouse, or design-build projects is highly preferred.
• Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, and First Aid are mandatory.
• Additional certifications in Fire Safety, Risk Assessment, or other relevant HSE disciplines are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across AMANA's construction sites.
• Promote a positive safety culture across project teams, subcontractors, and workforce members.
• Maintain strong site presence and ensure safe operations through effective communication and supervision.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Specialist Saudi Talent to join our project team The role is responsible for supporting the implementation monitoring and continuous improvement of Health Safety and Environmental standards across AMANA s construction sites The ideal candidate will have experience in contracting or construction projects preferably within industrial projects commercial developments data centers or design-build environments This role requires strong site presence excellent communication skills and the ability to promote a positive safety culture across project teams subcontractors and workforce members Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience in construction or contracting projects.Experience in industrial, commercial, data center, warehouse, or design-build projects is highly preferred.Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, and First Aid are mandatory.Additional certifications in Fire Safety, Risk Assessment, or other relevant HSE disciplines are considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

Good understanding of HSE standards, construction safety practices, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.Ability to read and understand drawings, site layouts, and technical documentation.Knowledge of site safety requirements related to civil, mechanical, electrical, and MEP works.Strong reporting and documentation skills.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
