Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions
  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and structured training programs to promote a safety-first culture
  • Collaborate with project management and department heads to address HSE risks and improve site safety performance
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, statistics, and reports for management and regulatory submissions
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental requirements, and ISO standards such as ISO 45001
  • Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities on HSE matters
  • Develop and test emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement in HSE practices
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards
Skills Set
  • Expertise in HSE management systems, audits, inspections, and incident investigation
  • Advanced risk assessment and hazard control capabilities
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
