Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company seeks an experienced HSE professional to support the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements across construction activities, ensuring safe working practices and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor daily site activities, conduct inspections, facilitate contractor adherence to HSE plans and risk assessments, and support incident reporting and investigation while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision or major civil projects.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives on site.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Diploma or BSc in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessments is a plus.

• Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of risk assessments is a plus.
