The role requires extensive experience in HSE management, FEED, design, and PMC oversight, along with a bachelor’s degree and active HSE professional membership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, administration, business, or related field.
• Member of a recognized professional HSE organization.
• 18 years of experience in construction safety for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects, including 10 years in the field.

• Lead HSE management for an offshore/PMC project within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and international standards through contractor oversight.
• Provide oversight on FEED, design, and HSE integration.

Main purpose of the role:

The HSE Manager will be an experienced within the Oil & Gas sector; preferably with PMC experience for a very exciting project. You should have a strong background on HSE management, FEED, Design and in particular Offshore contractor oversight to ensure regulatory compliance and international standards are adhered to.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Administration / Business or closely related field.

Member of an appropriate professional organization for HSE.

Years of Experience:

Eighteen (18) years of experience;

Ten (10) years of which within the field of Construction Safety for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
